Moon Landing

This weekend the spectacular #MuseumOfTheMoon has landed in the walled garden. Today, Sunday, is the last chance to see it!

Tickets were quickly fully booked but you can still catch a good view from the surrounding park and from the mansion.

Last entry to the park tonight 8.40pm, last entry to the mansion 8.30pm

Today is a real Special Sunday Open Day with the mansion open from 10.30 am until 8.30pm. You can check out Tipple and Tour in the Victorian Kitchen neon bar, which is open from 3pm.

It was a magical sight as the moon rose over the dovecote. As some excited children rode by on their bicycles, we wondered if there would be an E.T. moment…

This art installation, by UK based visual artist Luke Jerram, was organised by the Redbridge Culture Team.
