“Mrs Ingleby” invites you to “step up to the plate” for a Macmillan Coffee Morning

Schmitt, Guido Philipp; Sarah Ingleby; King’s Lynn Museums

Please join Mrs Ingleby and her staff for tea, coffee and cake at Valentines Mansion on Sunday 27 September , to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support as part of World’s biggest Coffee Morning.

Mrs Ingleby will be hosting one-hour sessions for small (socially distanced) groups at 10:30am, midday and 1:30pm. Places are limited. You can book a place for one of the sessions, using the form below, email info@valentines.org.uk or telephone 020 8554 3902.

You can make a donation directly to Macmillan here , to avoid cash or cheques on the day as far as possible.

Mrs Ingleby has instructed the cook to make Lord Delaware’s cakes for the grand occasion!  This has not been made at the mansion for over 100 years.   If you are kind enough to make a donation without coming and would like a copy of the secret recipe for the cake  or the gingerbread recipe from Mrs Ingleby’s actual cookery book,  email us at info@valentines.org and we will send it!

We look forward to letting everyone know the grand total raised, so please subscribe or check back in to this blog to keep informed. Thank you for your support!
